  Principles

Interpersonal violence including bullying is unacceptable in any form, and perpetrators of those actions should face serious consequences for their behaviors.

Domestic and sexual violence are men’s issues as much as women’s issues. To begin the elimination of this violence, men must take responsibility for its existence.  Passively accepting the existence of violence means, in essence, contributing to its maintenance.

Men’s violence against men and women can be reduced and eventually eliminated through education, role modeling, mentoring, positive peer culture, conflict resolution, assistance to victims, and improving the criminal justice system.
